13 sessions - 45 minutes - 3 days weekly

KICK OFF CLASS + SHOP PARTY Saturday June 1st, 10-11am @ Athleta Studio Our first empowering workout is sponsored by my extended family, Athleta NYC. This first workout is an opportunity for us to not only to sweat but connect with those we’ll be training along side all month long. Stay after the workout to shop in the store using my PRO-discount, 30% off any non-sale items!

EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY IN JUNE 7:45-8:30am @ Aspire2Dance

MAKE UP SESSIONS Sundays June 9th & 23rd, 9:30-10:15am @Aspire2Dance Have to miss a session? No big deal! We’ve built in two make-up sessions. These sessions will be lead by Lanae Newsome.

What to wear/bring: Wear sneakers and clothes you can move and sweat in. Bring a water bottle.
