Good for all Thursday yoga & Sunday intenSati classes in September. This class pack activates Thursday September 3rd and expires Sunday September 27th, 2020. Currently all classes take place online via Zoom. Link to join will be sent 10 minutes prior to class start time.

For intenSati sessions: Wear clothes you can move in, sneakers or go barefoot.

For yoga classes: You’ll need a mat or towel and a couple yoga blocks can be helpful if you have them. Quiet your space and wear clothes you can move in.
